Recent Embassy Lake Tahoe Review: "Das Embassy Suites Hotel in South Lake Tahoe liegt direkt an der Stateline zu Nevada. Auf der Nevada-Seite stehen vier groAŸe Kasinohotels, in denen man sich vergnA¼gen kann. Das Embassy Suites Hotel ist das letzte Hotel auf der Kalifornien-Seite. Von dort sind es ca. 200 m zur Gondel. In der Umgebung gibt es genA¼gend Restaurants, die auch zu FuAŸ erreichbar  sind. FA¼r den Skiurlaub ist ein Auto allerdings unabdingbar, da die Skigebiete am Lake Tahoe nicht verbunden und relativ klein sind. Speziell im Skigebiet Heavenly stehen die Gondel und mehrere Lifte bereits bei verhA¤ltnismA¤AŸig geringen WindstA¤rken. Unser Empfang an der Rezeption war mittelprA¤chtig. Eine gelangweilte Angestellte spulte ihren Standardspruch in Rekordzeit ab. Anders die Herren vom Bell Service. Das GepA¤ck wurde super schnell ausgeladen und in die Suite gebracht, die Skier im Skiraum verstaut. Auch die Herren vom Valet-Parking waren immer fix und freundlich. Das Valet-Parking ist mit 25 USD nicht billig, es hat aber den Vorteil, dass das Auto in der Garage steht. Wir haben auf dem nebenan gelegenen Kasino-Parkplatz gesehen, wie es aussieht, wenn A¼ber Nacht ein Blizzard mit viel Schneefall A¼ber den Ort fegt. Die Zimmer des Embassy Suites Hotels sind Suiten. Die Suiten bestehen aus zwei groAŸen Zimmern und einer kleinen Kitchenette. Das Bad ist ausreichend groAŸ, hat eine Duschwand, Shampoo und Lotion wurden tA¤glich nachgereicht. Die HandtA¼cher hatten eine vernA¼nftige QualitA¤t. Die Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung. Die Matratzen waren gut, die Laken werden alle 4 Tage gewechselt. Im Schlafzimmer gab es noch einen zweiten Waschtisch mit einem zweiten FA¶hn. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer waren jeweils mit einem groAŸen Fernseher ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmerfenster ist zum Innenhof des Hotels gelegen. Da der Flur daran vorbei fA¼hrt, hatten wir die Gardinen stets geschlossen. Leider haben die Suiten keinen Safe. Diesen kann man kostenfrei an der Rezeption erhalten. Der Internetzugang kostet 13 USD fA¼r 24 Stunden. In die"
